Order Refund Policy

We want you to love your purchase! Refunds or replacements are only available when Jus Luvly is responsible for an issue (for example, delivery failure, damage, missing, or incorrect items). Please review the conditions below for refund or replacement eligibility.

a. Order Delays

If your order shows no tracking information, remains pending or in transit, or expires beyond:

  • 60 days from the shipping date (Global Orders)

  • 45 days (U.S. Orders)

  • 110 days (Brazil Orders)

We’ll review your case and, at our discretion, resend the product or issue a refund.

b. Delivered Orders

Refunds or replacements cannot be processed if tracking indicates the order was delivered.

If you did not receive your package, please request a non-delivery certification from your carrier or postal service so we can investigate further.

c. Damaged Products

If your order arrives damaged, you’re eligible for a full refund or replacement.
Please report the issue within 30 days of delivery and include photo or video proof of the damage.

d. Incorrect or Missing Products

If you receive an incorrect item or your order is missing products, we’ll issue a full refund or send the correct item at no cost.
Evidence (photo or video) must be submitted within the applicable timeframe.

e. Order Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund before it is processed or shipped.
Once processing or shipping has begun, cancellations are no longer possible.
Certain items, such as pre-orders or custom products, cannot be canceled once payment has been made.

f. Refund Eligibility Window

Refunds or replacements are only available if payment was made within the past 90 days.
Orders older than 90 days are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
